The condition of Franklin County Roads once again too center stage at the most recent County Commission meeting. Commission Chair Rick Howard had a question for Public Works Director David Lee.
Lee says there are other factors that go into how a road is graded. Lee and other officials discussed the need for training on a single method of grading roads. This would ensure all roads are graded in the same manner no matter where they are located in the county.
