OTTAWA — The city of Ottawa will seek bids for this year’s street rehab program. Ottawa city manager Richard Nienstedt told city commissioners Wednesday night that the work won’t go as far because of falling state gas tax revenues. This year, the projects include 15th Street from Montana Road to Rock Creek Bridge, K-68 from the river bridge to Beech Street, Willow Street between 15th and 17th streets and Parking Lot B in the 100 block of East Walnut.
