The past year was definitely one to remember for area farmers as they struggle not only to get crops in the field, but then trying to save them from the heavy rains and flooding. Frontier extension agent Darren Hibdon gives us a review of the year in agriculture.
He added that many of the field were under water as many as eight times during the spring semester and early fall, something that hasn’t been seen in this area for many years.
