OTTAWA — There was little suspense Wednesday when county commissioners awarded the winning bid for a new car for Community Corrections. Community Corrections’ Kith Clark said although he solicited every auto dealer in the four-county area that makes up the Fourth Judicial District, he received only one bid, from Crow-Martie of Burlington, and that was a new four-door Chevrolet Impala for $17,710.96 with trade-in.
