OTTAWA — Hundreds of bicyclists who are riding across the state as part of Bike Across Kansas will roll across Ottawa Friday. Franklin County Visitors Center’s Amber Wood said they should start arriving about noon. They’re staying in Osage City Thursday and will follow K-31 and K-68 through Ottawa. Bike Across Kansas ends this weekend in Leavenworth.
