OTTAWA — Vandals broke another window, this time at Kansas Gas Service at 1300 East Logan Street before Sunday morning. Vandals have been shooting windows at businesses along heavily traveled streets in Ottawa for several months. Franklin County Crime Stoppers says if you know something about the vandalism or any crime committed in Franklin County, you should call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-311-TIPS. Callers can receive a reward and remain anonymous.
