LYNDON–A hearing is set for next Tuesday in Osage County District Court for James Kraig Kahler, accused in the Quadruple murders of his wife Karen Kahler, his daughters Emily and Laurence and Karen Kahler’s grandmother, Dorothy Wight. The murders all occurred in Wight’s home in Burlingame. Kahler’s attorney Thomas Haney has filed a motion to have the charges dismissed because he says the prosecution has violated Kahler’s constitutional rights by seizing documents that were covered by the Attorney-Client privilege. The hearing next week is to consider the motion for dismissal of the case.
