February is National Career and Technical Education Month. The students at West Franklin High School have been busy promoting their organizations. The Future Business Leaders of America, of FBLA, helps high school students prepare for careers in business through a variety of leadership, community service and academic activities. West Franklin FBLA President, and State Secretary, Virginia Wright, says FBLA is the largest student business organizations in the world and opens many opportunities:
Wright, a junior, has been involved since her freshman year and says they do many projects throughout the year, including a recent March of Dimes fundraiser where they collaborated the the Wellsville FBLA Chapter.
