A few months ago, the Ottawa School District helped refinance the bonds on the Goppert Building, and with interest rates on the Bond Market dropping to near record lows, Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs says the Board is looking into refinancing again. This time on the Bond Project:
The issue will be discussed and a decision could take place as soon as the next Board Meeting.
