In the face of all the bad news about the corona virus, Kansas, to date, has lucked out. Franklin County Health Department Director, Midge Ransom, told the County Commission that testing is the main concern:
Ransom says officials are working on procedures in case someone in Franklin County comes down with the virus. She says so far no one in Kansas has come down with the virus, although she says it may be inevitable that someone in Kansas will be affected.
