If you’re running behind in paying your water or electric bill in Ottawa, you have a respite for a few weeks due to the COVID-19 crisis. Ottawa City Manager, Richard Nienstedt, says just because you won’t have your utility disconnected doesn’t relieve your responsibility to pay your bill:
