If you want to visit someone in the Franklin County Jail, it’s going to be a lot more difficult to do so for awhile due to the COVID-19 crisis. Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards, says changes are being implemented:
Richards says there are cell phones and other communication devices inmates and visitors can use for visiting.
