At the USD 290 school board meeting last night, County Health Officer, Dr. Bud Ransom was asked if the district needed to take extra precautions or even ask teachers who live in other counties to not come into school. Ransom says that there are precautions the district could take.
The school board is looking into having the school nurse check temperatures for all teachers who wish to do some preparation work.
