A new zoning requirement of 80 feet for new cul-de-sacs, designed to allow fire trucks to turn around in a cul-de-sac, has been approved by the Ottawa City Commission. Community Development Director, Wyndee Lee, gave some details for future developers:
The approval comes after extensive discussion of the issue by the Ottawa Planning Commission, which was then forwarded to the City Commission for final approval.
