When Kansas Governor, Laura Kelley, closed all public schools for the rest of the school year due to the coronavirus crisis, officials had said that buildings could still be used for small groups of 10 or less. Ottawa School Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs, says he found out that the idea wasn’t realistic:
Cobbs says there may be situations where a one on one meeting between student and teacher is necessary, but there will be no groups in schools until things return to normal.
