As of yesterday, the Franklin County Health Department has identified 2 more positive cases of COVID-19. One case is a male in his 50’s who is related to a previous positive case. The second case is a female in her 40’s however this individual has already been deemed fully recovered. This brings the total of positive cases in Franklin county to 12, with 10 recovered cases.
