Ottawa School teachers are doing their best under severe circumstances. That’s the message from school officials. During the regular School Board Meeting, Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs, noted it requires dedication.
The Board Meeting was conducted largely by video conference. Board President, Julie Dandreo, was the only actual Board Member in the room, accompanied by several other school officials.
