OTTAWA — An Ottawa homeowner was a little fast on the speed dialer Friday afternoon. Ottawa Police Lt. Adam Weingartner said someone saw a man crawling through a back window and called police. But Weingartner said the caller didn’t realize the man was 18-year-old Benjamin Wells, who lived at the house. However, there may be a reason Wells was crawling through the window – he was wanted by Ottawa police so after he went through the window, he went through the door of the Franklin County jail.
