Our lives have been turned upside down since mid March, and people are so anxious to get back to so called normal.  The hygiene guidelines that have been put in place by health officials have been widely ignored recently.  It hasn’t gone unnoticed by City Manager, Richard Nienstedt.  He says normal will be tough to get back to, but it’s up to us:

Governor Kelly’s Phase One is dependent on the curve flattening even more and cases in Kansas going down.  The State saw over 200 new cases yesterday alone, bringing the total  to 5,245.  Franklin County added five more cases since Friday, bringing our total to 19.
