OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Band will perform some John Philip Sousa and other selections tonight at 7:30 at City Park, weather permitting. The band will perform Sousa’s “Washington Post March” and the “Galant Seventh.” Other music include “Valdres,” “Amber Waves of Grain” and “Phantom of the Opera.”
