A small bridge on Shawnee Road, 600 feet east of Iowa Road, is about to undergo emergency repairs. Franklin County Public Works Director, David Lee, says it was a big surprise:
Lee says a contractor will build a new abutment on the west side of the bridge and will pour a new concrete base between the new west abutment and existing east abutment.
