OTTAWA – Franklin County commissioners agreed Wednesday to close about one-fifth of a mile of Delaware Road north of Rock Creek Road. That part of the road is south of Pomona and is a minimum-maintenance road. County public works director Jim Haag said the property owners along the road asked for the closure last week at a public hearing.
