OTTAWA — A 41-year-old Ottawa man was booked into the Franklin County jail on suspicion of indecent liberties with a minor Thursday. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said it transported Bryan Sevedge from Johnson County. Bond for Sevedge has been set at $50,000.
