SALINA — The Kansas Adjutant General’s office will honor Dodson International, Rantoul; and the Kansas Pipeline Association, and the geosynthetics company NAUE North America on Tuesday for contributing to the Kansas training center near Salina called Crisis City. Dodson donated the fuselage of a Jet Commander business jet to Crisis City, said Sharon Watson, of the adjutant general’s office. The jet body gives emergency responders a good training aid for dealing with aircraft emergencies, she said. Civil emergency responders and National Ruard units from Kansas and Nebraska are taking part in an eight-day disaster exercise at Crisis City this week.
