OTTAWA — Most local candidates are expected for tonight’s candidates forum at 7 at the Franklin County Annex. Bill Henningsen will be the moderator for the forum. which is put on by the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Action Committee. All three Franklin County Commission seats have packed Republican primaries for August. Only one Democrat has filed for the commission. Many legislative and some state candidates will also attend. Candidates at the forum will field questions from the committee and from the public.
