LAWRENCE — Kansas Summer Theatre at the University of Kansas is staging Doris Baizley’s “Shiloh Rules” as its second production. A Paola High School graduate from Louisburg is a member of the cast. Brittany Barney, is a senior in theatre, plays one of the women involved in a modern-day Civil War re-enactment. “Shiloh Rules,” is a social satire at the Shiloh Battlefield Park in Tennessee and the women’s battle to win the prize of best female re-enactor. Performances are Friday, Saturday and Sunday and July 22-24. Performances will be each night at 7:30 at Stage Too! in Murphy Hall. General admission tickets for “Shiloh Rules” are $12 and are on sale in the university theatre ticket office, and on-line at kutheatre.com.
