OTTAWA — Emily Kirkpatrick has been elected regent of Ottawa’s General Edward Hand Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Other new local DAR officers are vice regent Elaine Oakleaf, registrar Clarice Knight, registrar; and treasurer Barbara Dew.
