OTTAWA–A 19 year old Ottawa man is in the Franklin County Jail following a domestic disturbance. Brandon Lee Bussell faces charges of Rape, Battery and Criminal Restraint. Lieutenant Adam Weingartner of the Ottawa Police Department says the incident involved a 20 year old woman involved in a relationship with Bussell.
