Ottawa Police officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of South Locust just after 9:00 Wednesday night to a reported stabbing. Upon arrival 1 vicitim of a stab wound was located who has not yet been identified. Police say several witnesses have been detained but there are no suspects at this point. About the only thing they would confirm is that the case remains under investigation. Even though a tarp appeared to cover a body in the back yard of the residence, police would not confirm the victim was dead until pronounced so by the coroner. 07/28/10 11:04pm
