WILLISTON, N.D. — The Ottawa 14-year-old Babe Ruth All-Stars knocked off the Fargo Americans, the North Dakota state Babe Ruth champs, today 8-4. Ottawa will play the winner of this afternoon’s Ottumwa, Iowa-Waite Park, Minn., game Tuesday afternoon at 1. Ottawa beat Hastings, the Nebraska state champion Saturday 5-2. The Midwest Plains Regional is a double-elimination tournament being played in Williston, N.D.
