OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office received two vandalism reports Monday. Vandals damaged two windows at Williamsburg Elementary School sometime during the weekend. The cost of repair will be about $1,000. In the other report, someone threw a rock through the back window of a pickup parked in Wellsville Monday night. Damage was estimated as less than $1,000.
