WILLISTON, N.D. – It’s over. Waite Park, Minn., downed Ottawa’s Babe Ruth 14s this afternoon to win the Midwest Plains regional tournament championship, 11-1. Christian Moore lashed a single to center to drive home Ottawa’s only run in the fourth. Waite Park advances to the Babe Ruth World Series.
