The changes in schooling forced by the COVID 19 crisis has taken its toll on students and teachers, but enrollement in the Ottawa School District is rather stable, all things considered. School Superintendent, Dr. Ryan Cobbs, says there is a slight drop:
Cobbs says most of the declines are in the elementary grades.
