A Paola iconic business was recently vandalized. Papa C’s Bar B Que Bar and Grill was heavily damaged by vandals. Burglars forced their way into the building, stole money and caused a significant amount of damage to the interior of the building.
The people responsible smashed tv’s, damaged toilets and sinks, the beer kegs were drained, the ATM and juke box smashed, as well as the money that was taken.
Owner Carl Clinton was humbled by the outpouring of love and support he received from the Community. He says what he thought would be days of work on repairs only took a few hours with all the help he received.
A member of the community has offered a $1,500 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for this burglary and criminal damage to Papa C’s. If you have any information, you are urged to call the Miami County Sheriff’s Department.
