OTTAWA — Ottawa police say vandals damaged a window at Kansas Gas Service in the 1300 block of East Logan Street. Damage to business windows along main Ottawa streets have been a long-running problem. Franklin County Crime Stoppers says if you know something about the vandalism to windows or any crime committed in Franklin County, you should call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-311-TIPS. Callers can receive a reward and remain anonymous.
