OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s office received two reports of thefts occurring Monday morning. In the 220 block of West Warren of Williamsburg, someone got into a parked car and stole a Garmin GPS unit worth $120. In the 3400 block of Rock Creek Road near Peoria, thieves also damaged two tractors and a dump truck.
