Faith In Blue Weekend, a Department of Justice Nationwide event culminated last night at Hope Anthem Church as Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards, Wellsville Police Chief, John Blair, and Ottawa Police Chief, Adam Weingartner got together for a Community Forum. Weingartner says the Thin Blue Line, the very fine distinction between order and disorder, is seeing a wrinkle right now:
