GARNETT — A 49-year-old Richmond woman was taken to Anderson County Hospital Tuesday as a result of a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 59 near Garnett. The Kansas Highway Patrol says Deborah Manuel-Cathcard was driving south on U.S. 59 when she stopped to make a left turn. Troopers said her car was hit from behind by an SUV driven by David Weirich, 42, Garnett. He wasn’t injured.
