Concerns about the Postal Service being overwhelmed in returning Advance Mail Ballots are little overblown in this area. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, says she sent ot 3,300 Ballots by mail last week and is confident they will be returned on time; however, don’t wait until the last minute:
