A request to vacate an easement at 35 Westwood Circle created a little commotion at the Ottawa City Commission Study Session. Kyle Thurman of Heartland Design Build wants to build a new home on the lot and last week he complained to the Planning Commission that it takes too long to get routine matters taken are of. The Planning Commission approved, recommending to the City Commission that the Request to Vacate be granted. City Commissioner, Mike Skidmore and Ottawa Mayor, Tom Weigand, discussed the issue:
