Ottawa High School has a tradition of naming two Students of the Week. Teachers nominate students and put their names into a jar with the reasons behind their nomination, then two are selected each week. This week, OHS Senior, Alex Snyder was one of the student selected for the honor. Ottawa High School Principal, Kelly Whitaker, on why Snyder was nominated:
