The Ottawa School Board has received an update on where students stand on several subjects. School Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs says the school shutdown caused some problems to be sure, but there have always been some weak areas:
Cobbs says students should rapidly catch up after falling behind because of the COVID 19 pandemic.
