Franklin County continues to see a sharp rise in the number of positive COVID 19 cases in the last couple weeks, the highest numbers seen since the pandemic began in March. The call for mask wearing has never been greater, and the city of Ottawa would like to help out, if you are in need of masks. City Manager Richard Nienstedt reminds people that masks will help combat the spread of the virus and if you don’t have them the City can help:
