OSAWATOMIE — Three Boy Scouts from Osawatomie attended the recent national scout jamboree at Camp A.P. Hill near Fredericksburg, Va. The Osawatomie Journal reported that Jerrod Bechtel, Brandon Fuilfoyle and Tanner Schwalm joined nearly 45,000 sScouts for the jamboree, which marked the U.S. Scouts’ 100th anniversary. During the trip, they saw the Lincoln home in Illinois, the U.S. Air Force Museum, the Football Hall of Fame, the Gettysburg battlefield and five Smithsonian museums in Washington.
