The Ottawa City Commission honored a number of City employees for their years of service. Mayor Tom Weigand kicked off the honors:
Employees with 10 years of service are: Brian Hall, Ryan Murphy and John Thompson, Jr.. Those with 15 years of service: Brian Demoret and Zach Evans. Those with 20 years: Kirt Chapman, Casey Crane, Steve Donahoo, Michael Haeffle, David Hunsaker, Leah Thomas and Dennis Tharp. Employees with 25 years: Debbie Badders, Chad Bentley, Chris Campbell, Chuck Johnson and Adam Weingartner. Finally, those with 30 years are Tim Matthias and Steve Morton.
