GREAT BEND — This morning, Kansas Attorney General Steve Six confirmed what has been the worst fears of Great Bend residents. A badly-burned body discovered at an asphalt plant west of town is that of missing 14-year old Alicia Debolt. “The investigation reveals so far that we do not believe that this was a random act of violence,” Six said in a press conference in Great Bend today. She was last seen alive late Saturday night leaving home and getting into a newer, compact SUV, police said.
