With the increases in COVID 19 cases around the State, there has been a call to start testing those who don’t have symptoms, or ‘asymptomatic’ people. Although Franklin County is not set up for random drive-thru testing of everyone, Interim Health Director, Nick Robbins, says Asymptomatic Testing does take place:
