The publication of Legal Notices in newspapers could be a thing of the past. Franklin County Clerk, Janet Paddock, says she is looking into other ways of getting the word out:
Paddock says with the difficulties that newspapers are experiencing, it makes it difficult to get Legal Notices out in a timely manner.
