A few month ago, it looked like there might be a solar farm in Ottawa, but not so fast. Ottawa Utilities Director, Dennis Tharp, told the City Commission the idea may not be so good after all:
Tharp says he’ll bring the issue up again to the City Commission. During earlier discussions, several commissioners had expressed concern about the costs, among other factors.
