The Ottawa Planning Commission has approved a Preliminary Plat for a project near Ottawa University. Sarah Anzicek of the Ottawa Community Planning Department had a description of the project:
Several Planning Commission Members had concerns about flooding problems in the area, but were assured that the developer is taking steps to address flooding and drainage problems.
